Exercise is inarguably good for you. We’re not here to dispute that fact. Lots of people have invested in their own home exercise equipment before this pandemic, but it seems like the market has exploded in the past two years for obvious reasons. But, is there any potential for danger in having home exercise equipment?

Especially if you have kids at home, the answer is a clear yes. If not used properly, exercise equipment can be deadly. Even if it is used properly, the moving parts of most exercise equipment can be a hazard for little ones. For that reason, it’s important to place your exercise equipment behind a locked door. When it’s in use, try to position yourself so that you have a clear view of the rest of the room. When you’re done using it, make sure it’s put away properly, and the door is closed and locked securely.
